Request for processing
First, we conduct a survey to understand what a client wants to do, so please let us know following information: the type of powder, processing details, particle size and granularity, quantity, and delivery date. Based on that, we select the equipment that realizes the request and propose the most suitable outsourced processing service.
Schedule adjustment and quotation
Once the processing details have been determined, including the preparation of raw material powder and the confirmation of the packaging style after processing, we proceed with presenting the quotation and adjusting the processing schedule. We are also flexible with sample manufacturing and short-time delivery.
Powder processing
We perform pulverization, classification, and nanoparticle manufacturing under conditions that optimize the product yield and manufacturing capacity while checking quality by granularity measurement and giving careful consideration to contamination.

We meet the needs of delivering ultra-fine powder and purity upgrading of main components. Air classification is possible over a wide range, from several hundred microns down to the submicron level. In recent years, there are high demands for metal powder, inorganic materials, and high-performance plastics, mainly for electronic materials, and our classification accuracy has been highly valued.

A wide range of nanoparticles can be produced, including surface-coated metals, oxides, nitrides, fluorides, carbides, alloys, complex oxides, and core-shell
alloys.
It is also capable of producing compound nanoparticles by feeding multiple raw materials at the same time and spheroidizing of raw material
powders.
