We are an engineering company engaged in integrated planning, design, construction, and maintenance of factories and plants in diverse fields such as food, battery and electronic materials, chemicals, and silos. We provide optimal solutions to meet the needs of our customers and realize the construction of factories with awareness of productivity, safety, and the environment.

Basic planning, basic design, and detailed design

Basic planning and basic design are the most important processes that determine the success of a project. In the basic planning and design service we offer, we investigate from various aspects, such as the function and size of the factory, manufacturing process, and cost.

Our project members provide total support for a wide range of design work that requires a high degree of expertise, such as processes, construction and building equipment, and electrical and instrumentation. We also materialize the customer’s plan as a partner.

Procurement and construction

In addition to selecting equipment manufactures, building and equipment, and construction companies that meet design requirements, we conduct various tests and manage procurement schedules.

For field management services, we work on projects in a comprehensive manner by flexibly dealing with unexpected problems that occur during construction and matters that require additional measures, in addition to construction management such as construction planning, construction schedule management, and safety management, while considering project budget management.

Commissioning and operation

In order to confirm that the plant and equipment function as designed, we conduct capability checks of the production line as a whole, in addition to the verification of individual equipment. Furthermore, we verify as much as possible factory operations such as operability and safety, as well as performance of the equipment.

We perform checks from various angles in cooperation with the customer and make thorough preparations to ensure a trouble-free start of the full-scale operation.

Maintenance and improvement

The completion of a factory is not a goal but a start. One important role of the a factory is to continuously manufacture products with consistent quality. However, a plant or equipment installed may encounter conditions that differ from those originally assumed as a result of long-term operation.
We ascertain and analyze these new issues and problems and derive appropriate solutions including additional measures and modifications, thereby support the customer’s efforts for continuous improvement.

Flow of plant construction

We provide total support from factory construction and plant planning to operation.

In factory construction, what is important is to accurately ascertain the current issues and problems, give sufficient consideration to how to create an optimum factory, and set clear goals. All projects begin when the customer sets their own goals and establishes a basic plan.
However, factory construction is a special event for the customer and there are only a limited number of experienced workers. Accordingly, it is often difficult to figure out how to proceed specifically.
