Want equipment that can produce even finer powder

Year by year, the demand to micronize powders used in electronic materials and electronic components is increasing. However, most dry type pulverizers can only pulverize down to a few μm, which is one problem faced by customers. With our technology and experience in fine pulverization and high-accuracy classification of various powders, we can produce powders that cannot be achieved by other manufacturers. Here we introduce the coupling technology of pulverizer "the Super Jet Mill" and air classifier "the Aerofine Classifier". The following is an example of successfully producing powder of smaller than 1 μm in diameter with dry type by pulverizing (or dispersing) the raw material to a few μｍ using the Super Jet Mill and classifying with the Aerofine Classifier.
